iPhone 4 vs Blackberry Storm 2 |

Successor to the mighty Storm, the Blackberry Storm 2 from RIM is a great phone. It encompasses a 3.2 inch display that clicks in as a whole button, thus offering tactile feedback on a touchscreen, the first of its kind. The Storm 2 is also a good PMP, sporting a eight gig card, and a 3.5 mm jack, and a 3.2 MP camera. The telephone runs on Blackberry’s OS and could be very fast and snappy.
However, Blackberrys are made with the enterprise consumer in thoughts, and though the Blackberry Storm 2 does very well to entice the casual customer, it falls quick due to a couple factors. The principle factor stays the fact that to use it effectively, a customer’s must avail a fairly expensive Blackberry Plan, which most shoppers balk at. Also the touchscreen wants some getting used to, and there is always the feat of it breaking or getting damaged if you're a hardcore SMS user.
Also, though RIMs OS is nicely designed and thoughtful, it proves to be a tad difficult, and nowhere near the ease of the iPhone’s interface. Lastly, the OS is directed extra in the direction of enterprise users, who want fast access to email. While it is a good gadget for business users, casual customers would do good to offer this a miss.
